About Jonathan

Jonathan Kwiatkowski’s life was senselessly taken from this world on April 4, 2011. Jonathan's injury was so severe that he bled to death and the emergency room personnel were unable to fulfill his desire to be an organ donor. Jonathan's murderer not only took Jonathan from all of us, but also prevented Jonathan from helping others upon his death.

Jonathan was a student at the University of Wisconsin-Parkside majoring in Humanities. He was a young, caring individual that touched many lives in the community. Jonathan made a positive impact on his family, his friends, his classmates from UW-Parkside, his co-workers at Best Buy, and the thousands of people involved in the Southeastern Wisconsin music community. Jonathan went out of his way to help anyone, anytime of the day or night. No matter how bad something was, Jon would find the positive in the situation. Jonathan had a contagious smile that always lit up the room!

Jonathan loved life, family, friends, and his co-workers. He was a strong supporter of the local music community. Jonathan was an entrepreneur and co-creator of the Home Sweet Home clothing line of T-shirts. He and his partner enjoyed selling Home Sweet Home T-shirts at local concerts.

Jonathan would be disappointed if he could not continue to make a positive impact, even in his passing. With that, family and friends have setup a memorial fund in Jonathan’s name to continue his legacy of “making a difference”.
